The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club Terms & Conditions of Membership:
Please read and accept the following terms before proceeding:
1. I agree that The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club exists to bring people together for purposes of social and professional networking and group interaction. It is not a dating service. I agree to use The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club’s gatherings and online system only for the pursuit of social and professional networking and friendships.
2. I agree that The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club, Travis Brennion, Vincent Framularo and Immediate Immersions, LLC cannot be held liable in a court of law for any outcome of any sort that results from my membership. I waive any and all rights to bring suit against The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club, Travis Brennion, Vincent Framularo and Immediate Immersions, LLC for any matter that pertains to or results from my membership in the club. I understand that The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club is randomly comprised and cannot be held responsible or liable in a court of law for the behavior and actions of its members.
3. I am at least 21 years of age.
4. I hereby agree to receive the weekly email newsletter’s regarding the Fairfield County Happy Hour Club & Immediate Immersions, LLC. I also reserve the right to terminate my receiving of these emails at any time and understand that my email will not be shared with anyone outside of The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club & Immediate Immersions, LLC.

By becoming a member of The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club you agree to waive any and all rights forevermore to bring legal action against The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club, Travis Brennion, Vincent Framularo and Immediate Immersions, LLC due to circumstances resulting from your involvement with The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club. Essentially, since The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club is open to any person over the age of 21, we cannot be held liable for the behavior of individual members or the results of their actions.
