Mardi Gras & Jason Jones’ Birthday at Monster B’s 2-26-09
Dear Happy Hour Club Members:
This week we have lined up a spectacular Happy Hour Club event, so hold onto your hat and make sure your Thursday night is open…
As we mentioned in our previous emails, we will be headed to Monster B’s in Stamford on Thursday, February 26th @ 7:00pm! This is our ode to Mardi Gras and will be our official “Fat Thursday” celebration (we understand we are missing the actual purpose of Fat Tuesday, but this is all we got). To celebrate, we will be enjoying our regular Monster B’s special of $3 drafts (all 30 included), $3 wines, mixed drink and shot specials ALL NIGHT!! In addition to those specials, Bacardi, Budweiser, Heineken, Guinness, Magic Hat, Absolut and several more brands will be in the house running promotions!!
We will also have American Booty rocking the stage, beads galore and numerous special guests performances from a ton of other musical talents!!
More important than our Mardi Gras celebration is the birthday of the one and only Jason Jones of Monster B’s!!! Jason has been a huge supporter of the Happy Hour Club and has made Monster B’s one of our favorite places to take The HHC! Bottom line, come down and wish Jason a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Sophisticated Socializing at The Loft Martini Lounge
Dear Happy Hour Club Member:
This week we are going to keep it relatively short, but we promise you that the Happy Hour Club is big this week!! This Thursday, we will be taking the Happy Hour Club to The Loft Martini Lounge on Thursday, February 19th @7:00pm! When you arrive, make sure to find The Management and get your name tag to enjoy 1/2 priced drinks from 7-9pm, followed by their standard $10 open bar from 9-11pm! The weather is getting warmer, so come down and reconnect or meet new people with The HHC!!
How The HHC Works…
For all of our newbies we thought we would include a little write up about how we run the show… (1) we choose a location, time and day, (2) we let you know about the location, time and day, (3) on said day you show up and look for “The Management” handing out name tags (they don’t actually have names but various sayings), (4) say you are a new member and ask for a name tag (no one is too cool for a name tag), (5) start talking to other people with name tags… we can’t introduce you to everyone, so you will need to take on some of the responsibility, but it is easy we all have name tags on and we are all there for the same reason.

Get Clawed This Week With The HHC!
Dear Happy Hour Club:
This week is a special one, as we have two Black Bear Saloon events planned! One official Happy Hour Club event and one non-official event… To get things started, we will be headed to Black Bear Saloon in Stamford on Thursday, February 12th @7:00pm. This event will feature $2 call drinks from 8:00-10:00pm with your HHC name tag and tons of socializing. We expect a great turnout, so make the trip down and get your Happy Hour Club fix!
For those of you who will not be packing the romantic hotspots of Fairfield County this Valentine’s Day, we invite you to join some of your fellow Happy Hour Club members at the Black Bear Saloon in South Norwalk on Saturday night at 10:30pm! The event will feature Bitter X on stage, date auctions of the Black Bear Staff and maybe even a HHC member or two! This event is by no means exclusive to singles, so don’t be afraid to bring a date and have a good time with some HHC members this Valentine’s Day!

Happy Hour at Route 22 in Stamford – February 5th
Dear Members:
This Thursday, February 5th, The FCHHC will be headed to Route 22 in Stamford @ 7:00pm! This event will feature some superb drink specials as part of their all day happy hour(see flyer above)! In addition to that, we will also be entertained by a DJ!
Why Happy Hour Club…
For those of you new to the Happy Hour Club, let us take a minute to give you a little rundown on what we are and why we exist… The HHC was founded in June of 2007, with the goal of helping people meet new people in the area and expand social circles. Many of us have college or high school friends in the area, or have a great time going out with co-workers, but don’t you think there is more? This is where the HHC comes in. We put together weekly happy hours, leveraging our patented name tag system and help you meet new people. Now if you are 100% satisfied with your current circle, we may not be for you, but if you like meeting new people and wouldn’t mind having another familiar face in the Fairfield County area, come check us out this Thursday!
