National Pie Day Happy Hour!!!
Dear Members:
As promised, we have put together a spectacular event to honor National Pie Day (January 23rd)… Come down to O’Neill’s Pub this Thursday, January 22nd @ 7:00pm to join us in what may be the most “delicious” day of the year! If you don’t like pie, you can email us and we will take you off the list. As for specials, O’Neill’s will be extending their happy hour specials all night for our members!
Now back to the pie….we did our research and tracked down the best pies in all of Fairfield County (and the Nation for that matter). Who has the best pies? Michele’s Pies in Norwalk, CT!! Better yet, they have agreed to come and be part of our celebration this Thursday, providing our members with some samples of their best pies. Michele and her pies have several First Place Prize in the National Pie Contest, have been featured on Good Morning America! We have tried her pies and can wholeheartedly say that Michele’s is now our go to for sweet tooth fixes. This week’s Happy Hour Club event will also feature the music of the local band Jackson Fuse (Below)! Playing a jam style set, this should be a great show and perfect for our celebration of National Pie Day!
This Thursday is also in first meeting of the Fairfield County Young Professionals Network and it happens to be just down the street from our event… Their event is scheduled from 6-8pm at the Maritime Aquarium. It will include drinks, appetizers a tour and of course professional networking. The cost for the event is $25 advance, $30 at the door. Check it out.
