The FCHHC is an organization based in Fairfield County, Connecticut, dedicated to helping our members meet new people and make the most of their time in the area. The Club is focused around weekly happy hours featuring drink specials and personal meet and greets. Our membership is largely comprised on people in their twenties, who enjoy having a good time and are interested in meeting new people. Membership is open to any open-minded individual who is interested in having a good time, meeting new people and enjoying what Fairfield County has to offer. Our happy hours are generally held in the following Fairfield County locations:
Stamford, SoNo, Westport and Fairfield
Our bar selection also varies and we are always interested new places, so tell us your suggestions.
Membership:
Membership to the FCHHC is free. In order to join, please complete the quick form in the right side bar, or send an email to FCHappyHourClub@gmail.com and ask to be put on the email list. Happy Hour Club members must be at least 21 years of age. Happy Hour announcements will also be made on the blog and Facebook pages.
The History of the FCHHC:
The FCHHC was formed by Travis Brennion and some of his close friends (a.k.a “The Management”) in June of 2007. After living in the area for almost a year and socializing with mostly work folk, The Management, decided on an attempt to expand their social networks – and so The Fairfield County Happy Hour Club was born. Centered on a weekly email chain, the club has slowly, but steadily grown and now bolsters a roster of 900+ members. At any given happy hour, the club has seen 25-150+ members in attendance and will always make for a good time.
The Future…
The FCHHC has upped its internet involvement and will now center itself on our website and this blog. Our goal is to bring you the latest and greatest information on Fairfield County events, restaurants, hot spots and everything else we or you deem worthy. Whether you are an experienced Fairfield County native or just new to the area, we are aiming to bring you entertaining, useful and relevant information about Fairfield County. If you have any questions regarding the club or Fairfield County in general, let us know and we will do our best to help you out.
